2024 Brown spotting on nexplanon

So Ive had my Nexplanon in for 2 years now and since having it implanted, I havent had an actual period besides random brown spotting every 5-6 months. However, earlier this week I was hit with a full-blown period, cramps and everything, and am feeling pretty weird about it. On top of that, the area around my Nexplanon has kinda been hurting ....
