But if not using the augment her damage increase will be the same damage increase if you have the same 300% strength as baruuk but that is almost impossible on valkyr as your hysteria will most likely be ... This a really question as there is alot of options for her. Pillage is probably the best because it strips and steals armor and shields making. Gloom makes you extra unkillable with some nice cc. Altough the i dont think the slow stacks with warcry's. Roar will just make Hysteria nuke people harder.

There are basically 4 frames that most people want to subsume: Rhino for Roar, Oberon for augmented smite (for those edilon hunters), Valkyr for Eternal War for melee centric players, and Wisp for Breach Surge shenanigans with heavy AOE frames, and maybe one or two others outside of those depending on your play style.
