The Kent Trouvaille was notorious for being shipped with the chain being routed wrong through the derailleur which will cause poop shifting. Seth from Berm Peak covered this, and Wolftick found one live at a Walmart during a video last fall. Here is a different shorter video on fixing this and proof it was an issue. Something easily overlooked. My first thought was getting the Schwinn Axum, but then found the Mongoose Ardor and Kent Trouvaille.
