Went in on Saturday and arrived at 4:35, seated right away which was awesome as we were waiting for the rest of our party. (Family, celebrating a birthday) my fiance and I waited 20 minutes before we had any type of acknowledgment from the staff. 5-10 minutes I understand if you're busy, but to come by the table at 20 minutes of sitting there in my opinion constitutes manager involvement.
