The VRBO app is pretty bad Airbnb has it beat by miles. I have my calendars sync between so no double bookings. VRBO does charge higher fees but you can pay a flat $500 per year and only pay the 3% processing fee. Basically if you do over $10k a year in bookings you should pay the fee.
