SR-125: South Bay Expressway. This is one of the newer freeways in the San Diego area. It was supposed to form an “outer loop” to bypass San Diego to the east. A portion of the freeway, from SR-54 to just north of SR-905 is a toll road. The middle section, from I-8 to SR-94, was the first section to be built in the late 1950’s as SR-67.
