It was such a pleasure to enjoy the Delicata Classic Wine Festival in Upper Barrakka Gardens. Entrance to the garden was free. Wine tickets went for sale at 7pm. €20 for 24 wine coins and a free commemarative wine glass. Then there were about 10 wine stalls where a glass of wine was 4 to 8 coins each.
