Pc turns on but no display

The pc turns on (Light is on mothorboard, fans turn on but run very loud, hdd spinning etc) but i get a blank screen on the monitor. The monitor is working. The HDD is working. To test the mobo, i removed both rams and turned it on and i did hear beeping noises so the mobo acknowledges changes etc. DVD is also functioning.Check Monitor Resolution.
