A lot of business development/vendors largely work from home and do site visits or prospecting meetings. These would be for landscaping, janitorial, restoration services etc. For commercial real estate, a lot of analysts, accountants, project managers, property managers can work from home. I started out making 26/hr in 2020. My current job, I was making $37/hr. I started looking elsewhere and found a position (same exact job at different hospital) where my base pay is now $47/hr. I chose a weekend option which is an additional $15/hr and then an additional $5/hr from the hours of 1500-1900. Got my first job as a ACA Consultant, pay was awful 13.75 an hour. Worked days, nights, weekends, holidays…extremely difficult time, never quit because I knew I had to build my resume properly.
